Edge Apps are H2W Labs' portfolio of targeted applications that solve specific business problems in manufacturing environments. Each app connects directly to Infor LN and related systems via ION without requiring ERP modifications. Because they are built as reusable products rather than one-off custom projects, deployment is fast and cost is predictable.

All apps are built using AI-assisted development on AWS — AI-generated scaffolding, automated testing, and iterative refinement significantly reduce build time compared to traditional custom development. Each deployed app improves the next deployment for another client.

Pricing follows a setup-plus-SaaS model for recurring products. Project-based pricing is available for one-off deployments. All apps include optional maintenance contracts for ongoing hosting and updates.

AWS Bedrock AI engagements are for manufacturers who want AI tailored to their specific use case, running on their own AWS infrastructure. We design, build, and deploy custom AI solutions using AWS Bedrock as the foundation — knowledge retrieval systems connected to ERP data, document processing and automation, predictive analytics, and AI-powered process automation.

The same capabilities that power our KnowKit, Product Assistant, and PO Flow products are available as custom engagements on your infrastructure. If your use case is not covered by an existing Edge App, we build it.

All Bedrock engagements include use case discovery, architecture design, development, testing with your actual data, and optional ongoing optimization. We do not deliver proof-of-concept demos — we deliver production-ready applications.
